St. Felicitas Parish Pastoral Plan
2001-2006
Our Vision For The Future
Dear Parishioner,

Over the years, St. Felicitas Parish has become intertwined in the lives of our parishioners. St. Felicitas is home. But it's important to keep our home in good condition and up-to-date. That's why a long-range plan has been developed. It wasn't done overnight...or by just a handful of parishioners and staff. It's a process that's been going on for over two years, with the active participation and input from all segments of our parish community.
The following pages will give you the highlights of the plan. It will provide you with the basic understanding of our direction for the next three to five years--a track for us to run on so that working together, St. Felicitas continues to be a sound, vibrant, meaningful "home" to all our parishioners.
As with any activity of real substabce, it will take the key ingredients of time, talent and treasure from all of us to breathe life into this plan and make it a reality. No, the plan cannot be accomplished in one month or one year. But with your help and support, we can make a strong beginning and help our community face and respond to to the challenges facing our Church today.
We extend our gratitude to the many parishioners who assisted in shaping our vision. We trust that you will respond with wholehearted generosity to the call to share your time, talent and treasure to bring it to completion.

Fr, Bober, the Parish Staff and Futuring Team
